Not all blocked ears are caused by wax. That’s why we offer a FREE Ear Wax Check before treatment. Our trained clinician will examine your ears and let you know if wax is present. If it is, you can book our private removal service. If not, we will provide advice or refer you to the right healthcare professional.
We use safe and effective micro-suction, the gold standard for ear wax removal. The procedure usually takes around 20 minutes and costs £65. To prepare, you will need to use an ear wax softener (such as olive oil ear drops) in your ears for at least 5 days before your appointment.
If the wax cannot be removed on your first visit, we will book you in for a FREE follow-up appointment.
Please note that if you book an Ear Wax Removal appointment and there is no wax to remove, the £15 deposit will be charged as a consultation fee and cannot be refunded.
Our ear clinic is held upstairs and the pharmacy does not have a lift. This means patients must be able to use the stairs to attend appointments booked online.
If you need a downstairs appointment, you must ring the pharmacy directly and we will do our best to accommodate your appointment.
