From 3rd November 2025, Cyncoed Pharmacy will be offering private COVID-19 vaccinations to help our community stay protected.
Our vaccination service is run by our experienced pharmacist, Hayley Jones, and provides protection against the most recent COVID-19 variant currently in circulation.
The service costs just £85 and can be conveniently booked online through our website.
Please note: Cyncoed Pharmacy offers private COVID-19 vaccinations only. Some people may be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine through the NHS vaccination programme. You can check eligibility and find NHS vaccination sites by clicking here.
The Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is caused by the virus SARS-CoV-2, which is primarily spread through respiratory droplets, airborne particles and from direct person-to-person contact. At Cyncoed Pharmacy, most adults and young people aged 12 and over can receive the COVID-19 vaccination as part of our private service.
However, there are some circumstances where vaccination may need to be delayed or may not be suitable. Please speak to our team before booking if any of the following apply to you:
Booking your vaccination is quick and easy! Simply visit our online booking page and select a convenient appointment time. You can pay securely online when booking, which confirms your slot and means you won’t have to pay anything on the day.
Full payment of £85 is required for the COVID-19 Vaccination Service to secure an appointment.
